Are the Lakers doomed?

Well, it seems like the Lakers will start next season like last year, with no good players. I just don't understand why they didn't fire Mitch Kupchack. He didn't improve the team at all this offseason. They didn't even get a single good player. They didn't get Garnett or O'neal, not even Jason Kidd back in February. It is sad to see how this great team is going down the hole. What do you guys think we should do to get the Lakers back to championship status? If the organization doesn't do anything, I have a feeling the Lakers won't win another NBA title in the next 10 years or so, maybe more.

Are the Lakers doomed?nhl

yes they are sucky and kupchak is the worst gm in histroy he should be put up to trial with donaghy they both ruin the game

Are the Lakers doomed?nba street homecourt ,nba teams

theyre not doomed theyre just trying to figure it out
i dont think they will make it to the playoffs especially with kobe doing all the work
there always doomed. they only have player capable of being great and he isn't a very thrown around name anymore.
we never know if they are doomed yet maybe they get oneal

you never know what could happen
They are just starting to build, they have tons of young talent. We are going to be ok maybe not this season but next season.
please no more laker questions
Pretty doomed. They should have picked up Jason Kidd at the trade deadline last season. Their sad status makes me wonder if we'll see sometype of crazy trade like Gilbert Arenas, some draft picks, and some cash for Kobe.
Well dont count out there Jermain O'Neal deal just yet. They could still get him if they are willin to deal Lamar Odom but anyways the Lakers will always have chance of championship within next 5 years as long as they keep Kobe and gain more stars. But Kobe will probably leave if they dont obtain anyone
to answer your question, yes they are
Oh, such a pity.
kobe should sit out next season, that'll guarentee the lakers a top 3 pick in next years lottery. Without Kobe, the T'Wolves will beat their as ses.
