But here we go again, RU Ready for some Football!!?

Well, it鈥檚 time to put that sports commentator hat on, blow some money on new gear, brag of being a season ticket holder or envy the lucky few, and maybe even upgrade that television. Yes, the NFL is here, and man there鈥檚 been some blowouts with the game one openers.

Before anybody even cared, I was a Colts Fan. Jim Mora was the first hopeful by replacing Lindy Infante in 1998, and the rookie Payton Manning was 3-13. Then, while I was driving down Emerson Avenue six years ago in Indianapolis, the news came over the radio that Mora was out and Dungy was the new coach. You couldn鈥檛 give tickets away, and it was all Pacers. Now downtown Indianapolis is like one big Manning collage. So please Indy let鈥檚 not forget there鈥檚 also the NBA.

But getting back to business, who is your team, because this isn鈥檛 a Colts forum it鈥檚 an NFL thread. Although True Colts Blue, God help us those Patriots could be back, and the Steelers are looking pretty good too. The AFC has a slew of strong teams from east to west, and what the heck happened to my favorite NFC team the Saints. Are the Colts really that good this year or did Sean Payton鈥檚 Saints simply play that bad? It鈥檚 not really a house divided, I鈥檝e just always had a soft spot for New Orleans, and don鈥檛 have a clue why.

But here we go again, RU Ready for some Football!!

Let's cheer for whoever is beating the Cowboys!

But here we go again, RU Ready for some Football!!?nba live 2006 ,nba teams

im a cowboys fan
yes
I've been ready since May, maybe even sooner. I'm also a True Blue Colts fan and was "before anybody even cared" as you so nicely put it. I've never been a basketball fan, (I know, a sin when you live in Indiana!) so, I'm not much for the Pacers. But I remember what it was like here back then!

I think at least the Colts came out Thursday screaming "No Super Bowl Hangover!!" They might be close to that good. I mean you have to be pretty good to shut Drew Brees down like that, right? And holding both Bush and McAllister to 38 rushing yards! All the "loses" on Defense, seem to have been for the better and if Sanders can stay healthy, this might be the year people stop talking about the crappy Colts D! But like you said the competition is going to be stiff, for sure!!
Oh so ready for some football!!!!!

My Bengals got the Monday night season opener last night

and kicked butt! Who-Dey!!!!!!!

Sorry Leafsroxu but the Piggsburgh Sqeelers are going down this year!!!
I've been ready since the Super Bowl LAST YEAR.

My Steelers are taking the AFC North this year, especially after a horrible performance last night by the Ravens. Bengals will be right on our tails with a wild card.
